General Terms

Individual Trip

The overall cost of the tour is based on the individual price of the specific tour you are on. (detailed in the tour itinery).

Groups

Organised groups are welcome. Discounts are available and exclusivityfor your group can be granted, depending on number of people. Please contact us for more information.

Airport Transfers

You will have to make your own way to the joining point at your own expense. This arrangement will appear on your confirmation documents.

Accomodation, Food and Transport

Accommodation

During your tour there will be options available. From small hotels to 5 star hotels, bed and breakfasts, hostals, etc. The ultimate price of a trip depends on the choice of accommodation (if it was offered as a choice). Please note that facilities will vary a lot from place to place and country to country. We make every effort to ensure that couples will have their own room but we can not confirm until arrival at the location. Single clients must be prepared to share rooms.

Additional accommodation

If you require any additional accommodation either before or after the trip, we can assist in finding this for you. Please notify us at the time of booking.

Meals included

Included in the trip are 3 meals a day. Breakfast lunch and dinner. Please also note that no refund will be given for meals not taken. At times a large variety of fruits made available will be regarded as a meal.

Typical meals

Breakfast: Normally includes hot drinks, bread and serials. Picnic Style Lunch: Generally includes bread, cheese, salads, vegetables, fruit and water. Main meals: Vegetarian. Drinks: Please note that drinks are not included and you will be expected to pay directly yourself.

Transport

All transport mentioned in the itinerary (except where these are marked as optional) are included.

Weather

The weather is the weather. We are stil unable to order the perfect conditions but w eare getting better at it.

Practical Information

Passports and Visas

All nationalities require a full passport that must be valid for 6 months beyond the intended length of stay. It is your responsibility to have the correct personal documents and to obtain your own visas, if required in accordance with the regulations of the country you are to visit. We are not responsible for the actions of local immigration and customs officials, whether at points of entry or otherwise.

Visa regulations can and do change without notice please check the current regulations in good time to obtain a visa if one is required.

Vaccinations and Health

Please consult your doctor or vaccination centre for up to date information.

Insurance

It is a condition of joining ANY trip that you must be insured against medical and personal accident risks.

Group, Staff and Support

We provide a tour leader. Minimum group size is 1, maximum 16. The minimum age of clients on this trip is 24 years.

Money

ATMs are widely available in cities and towns. Most credit cards are accepted by local ATM's. You can NOT pay us by credit card.

What to bring

Information regarding what to bring will be added to your itinery. Always bring a hat, sun screen protection, good shoes and warm clothing. For the Tantra work we require an own towel, a pareo/cloth to wrap aroun dyour waiste and also light clothing for active dancing and meditation.

Baggage and baggage allowance

Please note that we must limit you to one item of luggage, weighing a maximum of 25kg, per person. Excess baggage should be stored by your own arrangement.
